Dr. Zuidema believes that we are born with an Innate Intelligence that allows our bodies to function properly and heal itself. When our Innate is unable to function properly and there are interferences in our nervous system, our bodies are not allowed to function and heal, as they should. Removing the stressors on our body, whether they are physical, emotional, chemical, or psychological stress, is important for each individual to achieve their maximum health potential.
